近期，李宁（中国）体育用品有限公司（“李宁”）发现部分机构或个人冒用李宁官方账号或冒充李宁员工，未经授权许可盗用李宁名称、字号、Logo或伪造李宁授权文件、员工证件、网站域名、邮箱等。上述机构或个人的行为误导公众，对李宁企业形象、商业信誉及潜在商业机会等方面造成了不同程度的损害，并可能同时损害相关被误导各方的合法权益。为保护李宁及社会公众之合法权益，李宁现郑重声明如下：
Recently,Li-Ning(China)Sports Goods Co.,Ltd(“Li Ning”) found that some institutions or individuals are falsifying Li Ning’s official account or impersonating Li Ning’s employees and pretending to be Li Ning by embezzling Li Ning’s trademarks,trade names and Logos without authorization from Li Ning or forging Li Ning’s authorization documents,employee documents,website domain name,mailbox, etc.Such activities have misled the public and caused damages to Li Ning’s corporate image,business reputation and potential business opportunities,and may also damage the legitimate rights and inter- ests of the relevant misled parties. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of Li Ning and the public,Li Ning hereby declares as follows:
1．李宁对自身注册商标享有商标专用权，其他主体未经李宁书面授权许可不得使用。任何组织和个人不得冒用李宁注册商标、企业名称及其他形象标识从事商业及社会活动。
Li Ning has the exclusive right to use its registered trademarks,and other entities shall not use them without LiNing’s written authorization.No institution or individual shall falsely use Li Ning’s registered trademarks,enterprise name and other image logos of Li Ning to engage in commercial and social activities.
2．任何假冒李宁注册商标、企业名称及其他形象标识或冒充李宁员工、网站域名和邮箱欺骗他人、损害社会利益、损害李宁品牌形象或造成李宁损失的行为，一经发现，李宁将依法追究其法律责任。
Any activities of counterfeiting Li Ning’s registered trademarks,enterprise name andother image logos or impersonating Li Ning’s employees,website domain name and mailbox to deceive others,damage the interests of society,damage the brand image of Li Ning or cause the loss of Li Ning,once found by Li Ning,will be pursued for legal liabilities according to law.
